- using the yummy veggies from week #1 photo to make a healthy Rainbow salad and to keep me on the right track of eating healthy and treating my body kindly.
Rainbow Salad recipe
2 English Cucumbers
1 Yellow Sweet Pepper
1 Red Sweet Pepper
1 small Purple Onion
1/2 C. Pomegranate perils
2 TB. Olive Oil
2 TB. Balsamic Vinegar
Pinch of Pink Sea Salt and Pepper to taste.
