Chive Blossoms

The Chive Blossoms have arrived early this year....I love how much flavor they add to a simple dinner salad. We just gently rub the heads apart and sprinkle into our salads...Super easy! 

Chive Blossoms are gone before you know it, use them while you can!

Simple Salad

Life has been pretty crazy around the Maltba house lately with school getting out last week, Soccer practices, games, The Farm chick Show, and Troy working ridiculous hours.

It was a beautiful relief to walk out in the garden and grab the ingredients for our first salad of the Season. Just a simple salad but it was fresh,tasty and delicious and grown by us ;-)
