Harvesting Garlic Scapes

A view of the garden this week... Wow I really need to find the time to get the onion row weeded!

Garlic Blades are already starting to turn yellow.

Over 1 1/2 lbs.of Garlic Scapes have been harvested and added to the dehydrator.
