First Harvest's of the season!

It's been a long wait but we are finally starting to get a small harvest's from the garden. The Asparagus is starting to pop up! 


We have also been enjoying Chives, Onion tips, Parsley and a few Stevia leaves.

    Oh asparagus! One of my favorite things about spring (and I have many) is asparagus. Luke and Daniel love it when I wrap it in bacon and BBQ it. I have to say it's pretty heavenly. :)

    It's so good...and wrapped with Bacon is even better ;-) I wish I had planted so many more plants!!!
